Return and Exchange

To be able to provide you with the best possible value at the lowest pricing, Slim Fluorescent.com has a 14 day exchange ONLY policy from the date of receipt of your order. All items must be returned in the original condition within the original carton (Merchandises cannot have been installed or any wires been cutted or modified, otherwise cannot be exchanged or refunded). Customer is responsible for all insurance and freight charges (inbound and outbound, if your order is a free shipment) on any return. Any item returned to Slim Fluorescent.com for refund will be charged a 18% re-stocking charge.

No merchandise may be returned without prior return authorization.

* Please verify lamp size and ballast compatibility (120V 60Hz) before ordering. Fluorescent lamps cannot be exchanged or returned.

All wholesale returns other than a replacement due to a defective product or an incorrect shipment will be subject to 18% restocking fee.


Claims for Damages, Shortages and Breakages:

1. All freight claims for damages, breakages, or shortages whether obvious or concealed must be filed with the freight carrier immediately.
2. Please open all items immediately upon receipt and inspect them for damage even if you are waiting for an installer to do the installation or if they are not going to be used immediately.
3. All damages or defective merchandise reported to Slim Fluorescent.com within 7 days of received of your order will be replaced at Slim Fluorescent.com's expense. In addition, Slim Fluorescent.com will repair or replace at our discretion, any item that fails electrically within one(1) year from date of receipt providing the item has not been improperly used. Shipping charges will apply.
